Shelby Nower is a muralist and fine artist who specializes in creating psychedelic, colorful characters. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Shelby has made her home in Decatur, Indiana. She works as the art director for The Hive, Decatur's creative makerspace, and is a member of Artisan Collective Enterprice 40.8 (ACE 40.8)
